Fresquito Vino de Pasto
This new wine, of Limited Production, results from refreshing our Fresquito de Tinaja, leaving only the cabezuela (lees), in casks that had previously contained Fino and are located in a humid area of the Winery.
After 12 months in the cask, it has been refined and rounded during an extra resting time in the bottle. It is a wine with a more serious, saline profile, a reflection of the Albarizas where it is born, and highly gastronomic.
