In the chalky albariza soils of Southern Córdoba, the Pedro Ximénez grape reaches its fullest expression. Here, in the DO Montilla-Moriles, our family has cultivated vineyards and crafted wines for over a century — using the same fractional blending system, the Solera, that transforms time into flavor.
From bone-dry Fino to lusciously sweet aged PX, each wine carries the unmistakable fingerprint of our land, our climate and our patient craft.
